At Our Family Home Care, we offer the following services:

Personal Care - all aspects of what someone would find personal to them.   

Dietary Needs - prepping, cooking, and serving food.

House Keeping 

Shopping, accompanied or unaccompanied

Companionship

Animal care - feeding, walking, hygiene, vet appointments

Liaising with other healthcare professionals - managing all aspects of care to keep with one lead person

Accompanied appointments - hospital, hairdressers etc

Social Outings

 

Any other service that may not be listed but can be discussed.

We're also able to hire out equipment to those who may need such for day trips holidays, etch from Wheelchairs to Commodes and everything in between, then please look at what we have available here

Within the service we provide, we ensure that we deliver:

  • Responsive care, this means our service meets our client's needs.  We always ensure that it is easy for our clients, and their family, to raise any points of concerns or compliments, through our clear system, and that our clients are treated compassionately and are given the help they need to do this.  All concerns are treated with openness, transparency, and confidence.

  • Well-led care, this means our leadership and management, and governance of our service ensures the delivery of high quality and client-centred care.  We support learning and innovation along with an open and fair culture.  At Our Family Home Care, we always make sure that our staff are supported, respected, and valued, and have their rights and wellbeing protected and are motivated, caring, and open.

Prices?

Social/Private?

Our hourly rates are charged at £19.00 per hour and offer a minimum of half hourly appointments, Including weekends.

​

Bank Holiday visits are priced at double time equalling £38.00 per hour and Christmas Day visits are priced at triple time coming to £57.00 per hour.

​

For overnight visits, we charge £155 weekdays, and £165 weekends, this is for hours between 8pm and 7am. If you require longer, please contact us for a price.

 

Invoices are sent on the 27th of each month, to a confirmed email address and are due to be paid within 7 days.  We do have a late charge fee of £30 if invoices are not paid, without prior notice.

 

For accompanied trips only, we charge 35p per mile and any parking charges, as well as the hourly rate.

For all potential new clients, an assessment will take place within the home. 

 

This will be done by Kim who will holistically assess all aspects of your requirements. We always invite any questions you may have and invite any family members that you feel should be present.  

Following the assessment, we will complete a set of paper notes, with you and your family, and these will be stored within your home.  All our carers are motivated and are proud of the services we provide. 

 

They have been highly trained, by us, offer a premium service and will be aware of all your needs.  We will try to ensure that your carers will be the same few people and known to you on a regular basis.

Some clients may find that they are entitled to funding for care, from Social Services. 

 

If required, we can arrange an assessment to be carried out for you to see if you qualify. Any client who pay for their own care can relax in the knowledge that there are no hidden charges.
