Why did you get into care?

"I got into care at the age of 15 and work in a nursing home as i wanted to get into nursing, i wanted to make a difference to someones life by going above and beyond"

What qualities do you bring to the team?

"I think my qualities that i bring are that I'm a good listener, friendly, approachable, I'm a good carer, i give good advice due to having many years of care experience under my belt."
